The goal of the New CRM project was to replace an on-premises CRM with a new cloud solution, which brought with it the need for significant changes across the IT Architecture and the opportunity to modernize the Business Architecture.
We provided the analysis, architecture, detailed design, implementation and test support for the person consolidation and consent management components of the project.
Our person consolidation solution is developed on the Oracle platform, processes data sources from twelve sources, performs Data Quality checks, data matching and creates Golden Records which it conveys via Batch/ETL, Near Real-Time or Web Services interfaces to consumers, including CRM.
The total cost of developing our solution was comparable to the one-year licensing costs of alternative packaged software solutions for MDM.
Our solution fulfils customer scenarios, is configurable, fully open and handed over for possible modifications either with our support or directly in the customer’s direction.
